Divine Chocolate

This, my friend, is a $2.50 piece of chocolate:

A truffle is an amazing experience. A delicious chocolate shell encasing a soft, creamy chocolate liquor center, flavored in mint, orange, raspberry, or a myriad of other delicious combinations. I love 'em so much, I could not buy just one...

To be entirely honest, I ate five of these bad boys. I only had the forethought to take a picture after the first three were gone. I also had a stick of marshmallows dipped in chocolate and rolled in crushed oreo cookies. Incredible!

The outlets in Williamsburg have a fantastic chocolate shop, in which I spent a great deal of money and blatantly abused my military discount.

Dude, little chocolate things = a gavel of win.

Although $2.50 each - if I convert that to real money, that equal two million Australian dollars. They must have been awesome.

Yeah, we got a pretty cool bakery down here in Western Australia.

They're like a gooey goo-ness of soft chocolate ecstacy wrapped in a yummy yum-ness of hard chocolate bliss. I'd say that they're yummy-goo-alicious.

On a side note, my wife has just added "yummy-goo-alicious" to the list of words I'm never again allowed to speak.

My fiance has a similar list - can you believe I'm not allowed to say 'bow-chicka-bow-wow' or 'brouhaha'.

Even 'banjo' is off limits.

T'is a tough old life.

Sweet Jesus! They look like tasty treats.

I have an addiction to peanut M&M's. I have been seeing a councillor about it for years now. She's tried to make me substitute ordinary chocolate covered peanuts for M&M's. This is only a short term solution for me. After three weeks of said substitute stealth-nuts, I inevitably find myself on the street giving out favours (of which I'll never speak of) to strangers for my M&M's fix.

It's a hard life being a chocoholic.

My Mrs doesn't like it when I say "I'm off to Amsterdam for the weekend!" and "Naw babes. The pub shuts at 3am nowadays. Honest!"

Women have the funniest hang-ups.

@The Cap'n: brouhaha? But that's an awesome word! A properly executed 'brouhaha' is the keynote of any conversation!

@Marky: Have you tried the Mint Crisp M&M's? I don't recommend substituting one addiction for another, but at least they're harder to find... I myself have always been a big advocate of the chocolate IV drip. Still in testing stages, mind you...
